Duolasheng Workshop (Qingdao) Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive cultural media company with sound art as the core, integrating children's dubbing education, children's audio content production and film and television sound post-production. Chen Meizhen, a well-known voice director and dubber from Taiwan, served as the artistic director of the company. He signed with many dubbers from Chinese Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong to undertake the dubbing services for films and games. The company's brand "Lanpangzi Shengyoutang" cultivates the "field quantitative expression ability" of teenagers with a scientific language training system, so that every child has the opportunity to participate in audio broadcasting and film and television dubbing projects. As the organizer of the Eastern Division of China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF), the company helps the development of the sound industry.
